Our Modular elevators are built in a factory setting. The hoist way, car, and machine room are built simultaneously. Resulting in a fully assembled, high-quality elevator that can leave our plant in as little as eight weeks after the drawings have been approved. Additionally, this option eliminates the on-site challenges of inclement weather or other construction delays you might have.

Modular Elevator

We are the full service contractor who can provide you the full service solution. We will design, engineer and install the retrofit modular elevator for your building or structure. Excavate and construct foundation for elevator tower/ machine room. Install pre-manufactured Modular Elevator tower along with any required engineered structural connections. Install required electrical, fire-life safety and two-way communication.Elevator installation is completed and commissioned. Preform all testing and required inspections. Provide training and client turn over. This is our turnkey solution
